How she’s multiplying good: She is One in a Million. Indiana superintendents, like Dr. Moran, are navigating uncharted territory. As COVID-19 forced the closure of schools statewide, superintendents have to deal with evolving day-to-day challenges and contemplate what this all means for the future. Communicating with parents, teachers, principals is crucial. Making sure young people have access to technology and food, teachers trained on how to use the technology, anticipating budget cuts makes a tough job even tougher during these unprecedented times! Dr. Moran is one in a million because she cares deeply for the team she works with and the community she serves!
