One in a Million Award recipient: K-Lynn Reynolds
Where she’s multiplying good: Lafayette, Indiana
How she’s multiplying good: She is One in a Million. Associate K-Lynn Reynolds of Indirect Procurement used some of her time during the pandemic shut down to help protect and assist those in the community who are most at risk. Reynolds learned how to sew and joined with the Seamstresses of Greater Lafayette to make more than 50 face masks for frontline workers. Additionally, she joined the Lafayette/Greater Lafayette COVID-19 relief effort and went on grocery runs for the elderly, people who are immunocompromised and other individuals who did not feel safe going out. An administrator of the group would send Reynolds a list of items and an allotment of money to buy them. Reynolds would purchase the groceries and then make a contactless delivery to the recipient.
