How she’s multiplying good: She is One in a Million. As an RN, Trisha is involved in the delivery of cancer care in all settings—from planning patient treatment to day of treatment, she consistently reminds her peers and more importantly the patients and their families that they are a part of a community dedicated to ensuring patient safety and access to quality care during a very fearful time. Patients undergoing active treatment—are immune-suppressed, and at greater risk of worse outcomes from COVID-19. But her personality naturally makes everyone around her feel at ease and its an invaluable trait to be able to give a cancer patient a feeling of trust and hope and security. Her professionalism exceeds health standards, ensuring all the more she is One in a Million. In addition to being an amazing nurse, she continues to find the balance between being a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and animal advocate!
